Traditional Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ) getting information from varaiety of different sources. These sources can be a hardware DAQ attached to the local or remote running machine, a remote Data Base server, a remote TCP or UDP connection or any source of data. A DAQ software privides interface of the data sources to different outputs.These outputs can be an actuation path in the hardware, a signal processing tool for data analysis, various data monitoring, comparision, trend tools, a storage device or a data base.
Here we have created a small mini DAQ system using Berekely Mote that enables streaming information of different sensors and potentialy making a closed loop control system. The actual DAQ systems in now the array of Sensor Network Nodes distributed in the environment with different analog and digital channels.
